Jefferson County’s Sheriff Office hosts the Jail Foodservice Program that staffs a team of employees that work hard to provide safe, attractive, wholesome meals to the inmates at Jefferson County Jail and bag lunches to the Huber participants; the program provides approximately 200,000 meals per year. The kitchen is also considered a licensed restaurant so they can provide catering services to large groups for County events, when needed.
