Jefferson County Human Services developed the Community Support Program in 1996 to focus on helping consumers remain in the community who have a severe and persistent mental illness, which has caused profound challenges in the major areas of community living such as: recurrent employment, inability to consistently or independently manage household tasks, difficulty with self-care, and other daily struggles.
The Health Department and Human Services Department is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to assist the departments with clinic duties, mental health nursing and medication management.
As a passionate, organized, and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be successful in completing the below key tasks and responsibilities:
Starting wage: $23.42/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday
