The Employee Recruitment & Retention Specialist acts as ambassador to Jefferson County employees and prospective employees, providing information and support services at all stages of the employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, and transition. The Employee Recruitment & Retention Specialist works with senior management in developing strategies to recruit and retain a strong work force and promotes Jefferson County as an employer of choice in the community.
As an experienced, knowledgeable, and customer focused individual, you will be successful in this role by completing the below key tasks and responsibilities:
Starting wage is typically between $23.42 - $30.53/hour, dependent on level of education and experience, with a 2% increase in July 2022!
