ABOUT THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
Jefferson County Human Services developed the Community Support Program in 1996 to focus on helping consumers diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness with various functional needs remain in the community and support them in their recovery journey to achieve their self-determined goals. CSP staff assist consumers in developing skills and working toward goals in education and employment, finding and maintaining stable housing, coaching them in activities of daily living, balancing their physical and mental health, developing and improving relationships, providing education to consumers and supports, and helping people to develop coping skills and strategies to manage mental health symptoms, as well as addressing challenges as they arise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The purpose of this position is to provide symptom management, group activities clinical assessment, treatment planning, and case management to adults and adolescents diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness for the Community Support Program (CSP).

The starting hourly wage range is $30.83 - $34.38 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
